Shipping Information

Ceremony Jewellery will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Depending on delivery method and time of placing the order, delivery normally takes about 2 – 7 working days. (Monday – Friday).

Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. 

Shipping costs are not included in the item price, and will be added to the order upon check-out. Ceremony Jewellery ships items with Royal Mail Second Class Postage to keep your delivery costs low, with items weighing less than 750 g in total following the prices provided on postoffice.co.uk.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to cancel or return your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods, which means that you are allowed to change your mind and send back the goods you have received if these have not yet been used. Please note. that you are obliged to pay the return shipping fees.

If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a full refund for the returned product/products excluding the standard delivery fee included in the original purchase.

For hygienic reasons pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
